Marine Service Management Course
Offered jointly with the American Boat Builder and Repairers Association (ABBRA), the Marina Service Managers (MSM) course offers marine-service centers and boatyards up-to-date service- and repair-related material. IMI's expert instructors provide participants with pointers in such non-technical topics as human-resource development, financial controls, customer relations, project management, job estimating, warranty insurance work, marketing and sales, and more. The program is designed specifically for marina-service and repair managers. The MSM course partially fulfills the educational requirements leading to ABBRA's Marine Service Manager Certification.

FEES: $1,749 (members), $2,249 (non-members) includes Opening reception, breakfast and lunch daily, closing dinner, and all course materials. Lodging at the host venue must be reserved and paid for independently.
REQUIREMENTS
Participants should be employed as marina service/repair managers or be in an equivalent leadership roles. Other related experience and knowledge can also apply. Basic boat-handling skills and systems knowledge are preferred.
